Sleeping Habits of the Rich and Famous Infographic

Sleeping Habits of the Rich and Famous Infographic by Big Brand Beds in UK

Any reason, not to sleep the recommended hours? A shiftworker would have more to say on this than any regular day shift jobs who would not able to relate neither alone 12 hours shift!

Ironically, this infographic was created by a business selling beds, wherein the rich and famous only sleep less than the average Jo bloke :-)

You start to imagine how the rich and famous would hate their comfy beds so much to make more money or to become famous huh! At the end of the day, you wonder "is there any statistics of longevity health benefits by sleeping less" than the normal recommendation.
